Itinerary

ImageVisit of the cheese laboratory. We will see how cheese is made, the different stages in the cheese making process and its maturing. Cooking class: we will prepare homemade bread, focacce (flat breads), ravioli, pork meat in sauce, ricotta, sausage and cannoli with ricotta. Lunch; food we have prepared will be served. In the afternoon we will have a stroll in Ragusa Ibla; guided tour if requested.
